Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid documents and information. Dedi Documents Clearing will not be held liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
3. Fees and Payment
All service fees are as listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Government fees, third-party charges, and applicable VAT are not included unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before services are rendered.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only. Dedi Documents Clearing is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and documents with strict confidentiality. Your personal data will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by UAE law or government authorities.
6. Refund Policy
Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable. If a service has not yet commenced, a refund request may be considered at our discretion. Government and third-party fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Dedi Documents Clearing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including delays or rejections by government authorities.
